NIGERIA FG TO PROVIDE INSURANCE FOR SOLDIERS FIGHTING INSURGENCY

The Minister of Defense, resigned Brig.- Gen. Mansur Dan-Ali, said on Friday that the Federal Government would present protection bundle for officers battling rebellion in the North-East. 


Dan-Ali made the divulgence while preparation newsmen not long after a Special Juma'at Prayer to stamp the 2016 Armed Forces Remembrance Day festivity in Abuja. 

He said that as of now there were various bundles delighted in by the military as a method for spurring them to guarantee the achievement of the progressing counter uprising operation. 

"Typically we have bundle for the groups of the fallen saints yet as of late we are presenting the demise protection which has not been done some time recently. 

"It is an extra bundle by President Muhammadu Buhari to persuade our chivalrous military and to deal with the groups of the fallen heroes,"he said. 

The pastor requested for supplications to God from all Nigerians to guarantee the annihilation of the Boko Haram terrorists. 

He said that the military was taking care of business in the continuous battle against uprising, and communicated good faith that Boko Haram would soon be a relic of days gone by in the nation.

Prior, the President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, said that the supplication to God was a piece of acknowledgment of the penance made by men and ladies who set out their lives to shield the nation.

The petition to God was gone to by the Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Sadique Abubakar, The Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed and the Minister of state for Environment, Alhaji Usman Jibrin, among others.
